Our new Galaxy Dust supplier is currently learning the dropshipping process, as this is their first experience shipping orders directly to customers worldwide. While they are doing an amazing job, there have been a few situations where certain packages exceeded size limitations for the originally selected shipping route.

When this happens, the supplier contacts us directly so we can review and approve an alternative shipping route and any associated shipping fees before the order continues its journey.

As a result, some Galaxy Dust Kit orders may experience a delay of approximately 2–3 business days while these arrangements are made.

We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we sincerely apologize for this unexpected delay. We are working closely with the supplier to help them learn the process and ensure future shipments move even more smoothly.
