Order Processing & Production

All Melles Diamond Painting kits are made to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing time takes 3-5 business days

  • Standard production time: 5–9 business days

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly to the customer.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins.

Chinese New Year Notice

Due to factory holidays:

  • Orders placed from 30th January 2026 onward are on a waiting list.

  • Production for these orders will begin on 4th March 2026.

  • Customers will receive an email once their order enters production.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time starts after production is completed.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Local postal services

Carrier selection depends on destination and availability.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Important rules:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Address changes cannot be made after the order has shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are sent via email once the order ships.

  • Please allow 3–7 days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes or VAT

These charges are:

  • Determined by the destination country

  • The responsibility of the customer

Melles Diamond Painting is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier.

If an issue occurs:

  1. The customer must contact the courier first.

  2. If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will:

    • Offer a replacement, or

    • Provide store credit, depending on the case.

Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned Packages

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Due to the special materials and packaging required for our ✨ Full Galaxy Drills ✨ canvases, these orders may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

📦 This means:
• Your Galaxy Drills canvas may arrive in a separate package
• A different tracking number may be provided
• Packages may arrive on different days
