Order-to-Make Kits

All Melles Diamond Painting kits are made to order with care and attention to detail. Each kit is created especially for the customer, using:

  • Fresh premium glue for strong, long-lasting adhesion
  • A newly printed canvas with vibrant, detailed artwork
  • Top-quality drills for maximum sparkle and precision

Once you receive an email confirming that your order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Estimated Delivery Times 📦

Our current estimated delivery times are:

USA and Canada 6–8 weeks
Australia and New Zealand 6–8 weeks
Rest of the World 6–9 weeks

These timeframes include the complete Order-to-Make process and delivery to the customer.

Please remember that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote destinations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local postal services

The carrier used will depend on the destination, route availability, and other shipping requirements.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct physical shipping address during checkout.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
  • Melles Diamond Painting is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 3–7 days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
  • Tracking may not update at every stage while a parcel is travelling internationally.
  • Some parcels may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

Customs, Duties and VAT

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • Local taxes or VAT
  • Remote-area or destination-specific fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Melles Diamond Painting cannot control or predict customs charges and is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.

Delayed Packages

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, international transport disruptions, carrier congestion, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

A parcel will not be considered lost solely because it has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe. The carrier must first investigate and officially confirm its status.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost:

  1. Please contact the courier first and request an investigation.
  2. Contact Melles Diamond Painting with your order number and any information provided by the courier.
  3. If the courier officially confirms that the parcel is lost, we will review the case and may offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • Store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated or recorded delivery date.

Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms that a parcel was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Melles Diamond Painting cannot be held responsible if the parcel is later lost or stolen.

Customers should contact the courier and, when appropriate, their local authorities regarding suspected package theft.

Returned Packages

A package may be returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • The parcel not being collected
  • Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or applicable fees

In these situations, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Original shipping charges and customs-related fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notice—Full Galaxy Drills ⚠️

Due to the special materials and packaging required for our ✨ Full Galaxy Drills ✨ canvases, these kits may be shipped separately from the other items in your order.

This means:

  • Your Full Galaxy Drills canvas may arrive in a separate package.
  • A different tracking number may be provided.
  • Packages belonging to the same order may arrive on different days.
