Understanding Dropshipping

In a dropshipping business once an order is has been successfully processed and can no longer be canceled or modified. The order will only be shipped once the tracking number is assigned, and an email confirmation is sent to the customer.

Order Fulfillment Process:
  1. Once a customer places an order, 48 hours after, it is being prepared and can no longer be canceled.
  2. Awaiting Shipment: After processing, the order will be in the queue for shipping. The shipping timeline depends on the supplier’s schedule and after the production time (5-9 Business Days).
  3. Tracking Number Assigned: When the order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated.
